1. Objeto
   Esta licencia regula el uso del software Meshet (nodo, panel, aplicaciones
   de escritorio y móviles, configuradores, instaladores, documentación y sitio
   web asociado; en adelante, «el Software»). Al instalar o usar el Software
   aceptas estos términos. Si no los aceptas, no instales ni uses el Software.

2. Uso personal gratuito
   Las personas físicas pueden descargar, instalar y usar el Software de forma
   GRATUITA exclusivamente para fines personales, domésticos y no comerciales
   (por ejemplo: comunicarse con familia y amigos, alojar una web personal,
   aprender o experimentar).

3. Empresas y uso comercial: licencia de pago
   3.1 Licencia para empresas (pago único). Las empresas, autónomos y
   profesionales en su actividad, administraciones y demás organizaciones que
   usen el Software (incluido para gestionar información de su negocio: web de
   empresa, tienda, CRM, ERP, correo corporativo, etc.) deben comprar, antes de
   usarlo, una LICENCIA PARA EMPRESAS:
   - Precio: pago único de 20 € (incluye el primer empleado) más 1 € por cada
     empleado adicional, IVA incluido. Ejemplo: 10 empleados = 29 €.
   - «Empleados» son todas las personas que trabajan en la empresa o actividad,
     incluidos sus titulares o socios que trabajen en ella.
   - Sin cuotas ni caducidad. Permite usar el Software, incluidas las nuevas
     versiones que se publiquen, por hasta el número de personas contratado.
   - Si la plantilla crece, la licencia debe ampliarse pagando solo la
     diferencia (1 € por persona adicional).
   - Se compra en https://meshet.com/token/licencia/ con los datos de la
     empresa. Se emite factura y un certificado con el número de licencia.
   - Es personal de la empresa titular: no se puede revender ni ceder.
   3.2 Acuerdo específico por escrito. Además, requieren un acuerdo aparte con
   Black Mamba System: integrar el Software en productos o servicios
   comerciales o usarlo para prestar servicios a terceros; vender, revender,
   alquilar o redistribuir el Software o servicios basados en él; y los
   desarrollos a medida o una IA propia.

   3.3 En general, cualquier uso con ánimo de lucro o interés comercial, directo
   o indirecto, necesita la licencia del apartado 3.1 o el acuerdo del 3.2.

4. Propiedad intelectual
   El Software es propiedad de Black Mamba System. Esta licencia no transmite
   ninguna titularidad: sólo concede un derecho de uso limitado, no exclusivo,
   intransferible y revocable en caso de incumplimiento, en los términos aquí
   descritos. Las marcas «Meshet» y «Black Mamba System» y sus logotipos no
   pueden usarse sin autorización. Los componentes de terceros incluidos (por ejemplo, librerías
   de código abierto como libp2p o Bootstrap) se rigen por sus propias
   licencias, que prevalecen respecto de dichos componentes.

5. Restricciones
   Salvo autorización escrita o lo permitido por la ley, no está permitido:
   eliminar avisos de autoría o de licencia; sublicenciar; ni usar el Software
   para actividades ilícitas, para dañar a terceros o para vulnerar la
   seguridad de otros equipos de la red.

6. Contenido de los usuarios
   Cada usuario es el único responsable de los contenidos, webs, correos,
   archivos y aplicaciones que publique, comparta o instale mediante el
   Software. Black Mamba System no controla ni almacena esos contenidos, que
   residen en los equipos de los usuarios.

7. Ausencia de garantía
   El Software se proporciona «TAL CUAL» y «SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD», sin
   garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas las de
   comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin concreto, disponibilidad continua,
   ausencia de errores o no infracción. Las funciones de seguridad (análisis de
   adjuntos, ClamAV, revisión por IA, cuarentena, cifrado) reducen riesgos pero
   NO garantizan una protección del 100 %. Haz copias de seguridad de tus datos.

8. Limitación de responsabilidad
   En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Black Mamba System no será
   responsable de daños indirectos, lucro cesante, pérdida de datos, de
   negocio o de reputación, ni de daños derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de
   uso del Software, de contenidos de terceros o de la actuación de otros
   usuarios de la red. En usos gratuitos, la responsabilidad total queda
   limitada a cero euros (0 €); en usos con licencia de pago, al importe pagado
   por dicha licencia.
   Nada en esta licencia excluye la responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse
   legalmente (por ejemplo, por dolo o culpa grave, o los derechos
   irrenunciables de los consumidores).

9. Terminación
   El incumplimiento de estos términos extingue automáticamente la licencia;
   deberás dejar de usar el Software y eliminarlo.

10. Cambios
   Black Mamba System puede publicar nuevas versiones de esta licencia. Las
   nuevas versiones del Software podrán distribuirse con la licencia vigente
   en el momento de su publicación.

11. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
   Esta licencia se rige por la legislación española. Para cualquier
   controversia, las partes se someten a los Juzgados y Tribunales de la
   ciudad de Granada (España), salvo que la normativa de consumidores y
   usuarios establezca otro fuero imperativo.

1. Scope
   This license governs the use of the Meshet software (node, control panel,
   desktop and mobile apps, configurators, installers, documentation and the
   associated website; the "Software"). By installing or using the Software you
   accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use it.

2. Free personal use
   Individuals may download, install and use the Software FREE OF CHARGE solely
   for personal, household, non-commercial purposes (e.g. talking with family
   and friends, hosting a personal website, learning or experimenting).

3. Companies and commercial use: paid license
   3.1 Business license (one-time payment). Companies, self-employed
   professionals in their business, public bodies and other organisations
   using the Software (including to manage business information: company
   website, shop, CRM, ERP, corporate mail, etc.) must buy a BUSINESS LICENSE
   before using it:
   - Price: one-time payment of EUR 20 (includes the first employee) plus EUR 1
     for each additional employee, VAT included. Example: 10 employees = EUR 29.
   - "Employees" means everyone working in the company or business, including
     owners or partners who work in it.
   - No subscription and no expiry. It allows using the Software, including new
     versions released, for up to the number of people purchased.
   - If the team grows, the license must be upgraded paying only the
     difference (EUR 1 per additional person).
   - It is bought at https://meshet.com/token/en/license/ with the company's
     details. An invoice and a certificate with the license number are issued.
   - It belongs to the licensee company: it may not be resold or transferred.
   3.2 Specific written agreement. A separate agreement with Black Mamba System
   is also required to integrate the Software in commercial products or
   services or use it to provide services to third parties; to sell, resell,
   rent or redistribute the Software or services based on it; and for custom
   developments or your own AI.

   3.3 Generally, any use with a profit motive or commercial interest, direct
   or indirect, requires the license in 3.1 or the agreement in 3.2.

4. Intellectual property
   The Software is owned by Black Mamba System. This license transfers no
   ownership; it only grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right
   of use, revocable in case of breach, under these terms. The "Meshet"
   and "Black Mamba System" marks and logos may not be used without permission.
   Bundled third-party components (e.g. open-source libraries such as libp2p
   or Bootstrap) are governed by their own licenses, which prevail for those
   components.

5. Restrictions
   Unless authorised in writing or permitted by law, you may not remove
   authorship or license notices, sublicense, or use the Software for unlawful
   activities, to harm others or to compromise other computers on the network.

6. User content
   Each user is solely responsible for the content, websites, mail, files and
   apps they publish, share or install through the Software. Black Mamba System
   does not control or store such content, which lives on users' computers.

7. No warranty
   The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of
   any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
   particular purpose, continuous availability, freedom from errors or
   non-infringement. Security features (attachment scanning, ClamAV, AI review,
   quarantine, encryption) reduce risk but do NOT guarantee 100 % protection.
   Back up your data.

8. Limitation of liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Mamba System shall not be
   liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data, business or reputation,
   or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software,
   third-party content or the conduct of other network users. For free use,
   total liability is limited to zero euros (EUR 0); for paid-license use, to
   the amount paid for that license. Nothing herein excludes liability that
   cannot be excluded by law (e.g. wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or
   mandatory consumer rights).

9. Termination
   Any breach automatically terminates this license; you must stop using and
   delete the Software.

10. Changes
   Black Mamba System may publish new versions of this license. New versions
   of the Software may ship with the license in force when they are released.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
   This license is governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts
   and Tribunals of the city of Granada (Spain), unless consumer protection
   law mandates a different venue.
